Getting started

How do I convert my first PDF?

Upload your PDF, choose an export profile if needed, and start the conversion. After processing you can download the CSV/Excel export.

Which file formats are supported?

We support PDF statements from common German banks. Scanned PDFs are supported via OCR.

How is my data protected?

Files are transferred encrypted and deleted automatically after conversion. We do not store your banking credentials.

Billing & credits

How can I cancel my plan?

You can manage subscriptions in your billing settings or via the Stripe customer portal.

What happens to remaining credits?

Remaining credits stay available according to your plan terms. If you have questions, contact support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. You can switch plans in your billing settings. Changes apply according to Stripe billing rules.

Troubleshooting

My conversion failed. What can I do?

Make sure the PDF is not password-protected and contains the statement pages. If it still fails, email support with the job ID.

Why does conversion take longer sometimes?

Processing time depends on file size, scan quality (OCR), and current load. Multi-page PDFs take longer accordingly.

Can I convert multiple files at once?

Batch workflows are being improved. For now you can upload files one after another.
