- Log in and approve with app/SMS
- Select the account or card
- Finanzstatus → pick the account → transactions
- Use Export (top right) to download CSV/Excel/MT940 when available
- Otherwise open "Postfach" / "Dokumente"
- Choose the statement or card PDF and select month/period
- Click the download icon
- If you get a ZIP: extract the PDF inside
- Save e.g. "HVB_02-2025.pdf"
- Open kontocsv.de and upload the PDF
- Bank is detected automatically (giro/card, CSV/MT940 PDF)
- Choose Standard/DATEV/Lexware and download CSV
