  • Log in with email/password
  • Approve 2FA if prompted

  • Statements & Reports → Statement
  • Pick date range (max 365 days) and currency
  • Choose CSV or PDF; toggle “Accounting statement” to keep fees separate

Download & name it
  • Save the file (e.g., Wise_EUR_2024-01_2024-03.pdf)
  • Pick PDF format; no manual edits needed
  • Original layout is fine

Common Wise issues solved

Fees missing in exports

Problem:Native CSV sometimes merges fee and amount.

Lösung:Accounting CSV is detected; fees stay separate and visible in DATEV CSV.

FX rate not documented

Problem:Exchange rate is buried in text or absent.

Lösung:FX rate and original amount are copied into the info field.

Multi-currency balances off

Problem:Balance column missing or mis-scaled.

Lösung:Running balance is preserved; we recompute missing balances.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Yes. Each Wise currency is handled. Original amount + target currency + FX rate stay in the export.

How do I keep fees separate?

Select “Accounting statement” in Wise or upload a CSV with a fee column – we keep fees as their own booking.

Can I import this into DATEV?

Yes. The “Wise (DATEV)” profile creates an EXTF_Buchungsstapel with value date and fee/FX notes.

Does it work with CSV only?

Please upload the PDF statement (Wise provides PDF export per currency). If you only have CSV, print/save it as PDF and upload that file.
