The location of statements varies by account type, online banking portal and app version. Follow these checks to avoid the wrong document or an incomplete export.

Choose the account and period
Sign in to the provider's app or web account and select the relevant account and statement period. Portal labels can vary. Use the relevant account's statement archive or document area.

PDF statement or CSV activity?
A complete PDF statement usually identifies its period and often shows opening and closing balances. CSV activity downloads can be filtered and may omit balances. Select the document that matches your task. A complete statement and a transaction activity download can differ in period and balances.

Convert and reconcile

- Go to banking.dkb.de or open the DKB app
- Log in and confirm TAN
- Select the account or Visa card
- Open "Postfach/Archiv" -> "Kontoauszüge"
- Pick the month or period you need
- For Visa: open "Kreditkartenabrechnung"
- Click the download icon for the month
- In the app: Share -> "Save to files" -> PDF
- Name it like "DKB_02-2025.pdf"
- Go to kontocsv.de and drop the PDF
