Exporting the PDF step by step
4 quick steps to your CSV
- Go to banking.ing.de or open the ING app
- Log in with your credentials / DiBa Key
- Navigate to "Post-Box" or "Service" -> "Post-Box"
- Filter for "Kontoauszüge" (Statements)
- Select the time range or month
- For Visa: look for "Kreditkartenabrechnung"
- Click the download button
- In app: Share icon -> "Save to files"
- Save locally (e.g. "ING_Statement_2025.pdf")
- Go to kontocsv.de and upload the PDF
- Automatically detects Giro, Extra Account, and Visa
- Select profile (e.g., DATEV for accountants) and convert
