- Go to banking.postbank.de or open the Postbank app
- Log in with Postbank ID and approve (BestSign/TAN)
- Select the account or credit card
- Open "Kontoauszüge & Dokumente"
- Pick the account and desired period
- For cards: open the card statement section
- Click the PDF icon next to the document
- If you get a ZIP: extract the PDF inside
- Save it, e.g. "Postbank_02-2025.pdf"
- Drop the PDF on kontocsv.de
- Bank is detected automatically (Postbank/card)
- Select Standard/DATEV/Lexware and download CSV
